Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) in Electronics & Communication/Mechanical /Electrical Engineering with 65% marks merit (Final year/semester students shall also be eligible).
Master Degree (M.Tech/M.Sc) in Material Science from recognized Institution/University.
Age Limit :
Candidates attained maximum age limit 27 years as on 30.09.2015.Upper age limit five years for SC/ST, three years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer), ten years for PWD –UR categories applicable.
Pay Scale :
